10.10.23 SB 280 (Laird) Conservatorship Care Plans is Signed! Conservators must create and provide a comprehensive care plan to court and relatives of the first degree (adult children & spouse) by Jan. 1, 2025 in a big win for families! Protect Our Loved Ones strongly supported the passage of SB 280 while also noting the lack of funding to critical Public Guardian offices 10.1.22 CARE Court or Scare Court! There will be an expansion of conservatorships as a result without additional resources to provide the support that people will need 9.19.22 United we stand. Divided we fall.
